This handy cable allows you to program your RadioShack or Whistler scanner from your computer (see list below).
One end of the cable has a 3.5mm stereo (TRRS) jack plug which connects to the radio. The other end has a USB plug which connects to the PC's USB port. The cable contains a USB to serial converter, so the radio appears as a COM port on the PC. Length approx 1.5m/5ft (if required, you can add a USB extension cable up to a total of 5m long). Equivalent to Radio Shack 20-546 cable.
