Shipping

Orders received before 3 p.m. are normally posted on the same day (Mon-Fri).

Orders received after 3pm and on weekends will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

All prices on our website exclude shipping charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout before confirming your order.

Shipping cost is calculated automatically. If you have a large order, require a different shipping method or the shipping cost appears incorrect, please contact us.

Delivery times of orders will depend on shipping method chosen at checkout.

Within the UK, Royal Mail estimate 1-2 days for 1st Class and 3-4 days for 2nd Class.

For Airmail, Royal Mail estimate 3-5 working days in Europe and 5-7 working days outside Europe. Due to the ongoing global situation, some orders may take longer to arrive than usual.

We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but delays in transit are often outside our control. In particular, shipments to some countries can be held in customs for long periods.

Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay to delivery of the goods.

The buyer is responsible for payment of all import duties, customs charges and taxes in their home country.

Returns

Please contact us straight away if you need to return an item for any reason and we will handle your request personally.

Please kindly note: We are mail order only and do not have facilities for callers at our warehouse/workshop. If you require something urgently, we can usually get items to you next day.
