DB-15 male to 3.5mm TS (mono) jack, high quality screened (shielded) cable. Length approx 1.5m/4ft 10ins.

With this cable your SPE amplifier is able to determine the exact frequency your Icom transceiver is tuned to. It then automatically switches to the correct band and if amplifier has an ATU fitted, recalls the appropriate ATU setting from memory.

One end of the cable has a 3.5mm TS (mono) jack plug which connects to the transceiver's CI-V (REMOTE) socket, the other end has a DB-15 male which connects to the CAT connector on the amplifier.

Suits SPE Expert Linear amplifier models 1K-FA, 1.3K-FA, 1.5K-FA, 2K-FA and Icom transceivers with a CI-V  (REMOTE) socket. All modern Icom amateur HF transceivers have this facility. If you are unsure, check your transceiver's manual or contact us with your transceiver model.

Important: This cable is intended for customers who already have a PTT switching cable and as such only provides frequency information to the amplifier.
