DE-15 (3 row) male to 3.5mm TS (mono) jack, high quality screened (shielded) cable. Length approx 1.5m/4ft 10ins.

With this cable your Acom 'S' series amplifier is able to determine the exact frequency your Icom transceiver is tuned to. It then automatically switches to the correct band.

One end of the cable has a 3.5mm TS (mono) jack plug which connects to the transceiver's CI-V (REMOTE) socket, the other end has a DE-15 (3 row) male which connects to the CAT/AUX connector on the amplifier.

For use with Acom 'S' series amplifiers, for example:

  • Acom 600S
  • Acom 700S
  • Acom 1200S
  • Acom 2020S
and Icom transceivers with a CI-V  (REMOTE) socket. All modern Icom amateur HF transceivers have this facility. If you are unsure, check your transceiver's manual or contact us with your transceiver model.

Important: This cable is intended for customers who already have a PTT switching cable and as such only provides frequency information to the amplifier.

If you do not have a PTT cable already, we also produce combined PTT/CI-V cables.
