If you have any problems with your purchase, don't worry, we'll sort it out.

If you need help getting a USB cable working, there are some hints and tips below.

If you think that an item is faulty, is not what you need or you are unhappy with your order in any way, please get in touch straight away so we can put things right.

If your order has not arrived yet, it is probably just delayed or the carrier is having trouble delivering it. Please:

  • check that it has not been left with neighbours or in a "safe" location
  • check with other family members to see if they have a delivery card
  • check with your local sorting/mail office in case it has been left there for you

If you still think you order may be lost, please get in touch and we will investigate immediately.

Drivers for USB to serial cables, CAT & programming cables etc.

We recommend that for best results you always use the latest drivers for your cable. Here are links direct to the chipset manufacturer's download pages.

If you are not sure which chipset your cable uses, please download: How to identify your USB-to-serial chipset (opens PDF document). In any case, it won't do any harm to try each driver in turn.
